Experience behind the judgement
Undiluted is led by Bill Doody, Founder & Principal, bringing more than 35 years of experience across business ownership, operations, technology, government, construction, aerospace and international organisations.
His background includes senior and Director-level responsibility with CGI and Mission Aviation Fellowship International, work connected with the European Space Agency’s Galileo programme and the UK Ministry of Justice, building and growing consulting teams, developing new business, shaping operating models and leading complex transformation work.
A particular strength is building enough trust with people across an organisation for pressures, concerns and blockers to surface that may not always pass clearly through normal management channels. Those perspectives can then be brought together with the commercial and organisational objectives of senior leadership.
